Services Offered
We provide the following residential and commercial property services:

- Snow Plowing
All services are delivered by trained professionals and are subject to weather conditions, property accessibility, and safety considerations.
Service Appointments
Scheduling: Services can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or email. Dates and times are subject to availability.
Delays & Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as early as possible.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure efficient service, customers must:
Provide access to gates, driveways, and the necessary areas.
Remove obstacles such as toys, furniture, or pet waste from the work area.
Secure pets during service.
Failure to prepare the area may result in a rescheduling fee.
Pricing & Payments
All pricing is based on the size of the property and scope of work. Custom quotes will be provided where needed.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
Late payments may incur a fee of [e.g., 5%] per month.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Damages caused by hidden obstacles (e.g., sprinkler heads, wires).
Pre-existing issues with your landscape or structures.
If we are found liable, we will offer repair or replacement up to the cost of the service provided.
Weather-Dependent Services
Outdoor services are weather-dependent. We will not perform services that could result in damage to your property or our equipment due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., saturated soil, frozen ground, heavy snowfall).
Snow Plowing Specific Terms
Snow plowing is typically performed after snowfall accumulation of [e.g., 2 inches or more].
Driveways and pathways must be clear of obstructions.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked curbs, decorative elements, or items left in driveways.
